We thought it important to drop you a line to record the fact that we found your hotel to be of outstanding quality with a level of service well beyond what we expected. We have stayed in many 5 Star Luxury Hotels around the world, including Sandy Lane, Barbado, Le St. Geran, Mauritius and the Peninsula, Hong Kong and although all of these places were fabulous, they did not exceed the quality and discretion of service we experienced at Ezard House.

Your staff were most attentive without ever being intrusive or over-familiar. Our room had the most stunning view over Camps Bay and it was a great treat to be able to lie in bed in the morning watching the whales breaching the Ocean. The food you serve is imaginitive in it's presentation and delicious and the fact that breakfast does not involve parading round a Buffet table is very welcome.
